HIIT AM Workout with Lauren Ehrlich '20

Kick off your Saturday morning with a quick, fun HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout with Lauren Ehrlich! The workout will include a 3 minute warm-up, 25 minutes of full body HIIT, and a 5-minute abs cool down. There will be low impact modifications throughout if you’re looking for something lower intensity! All you’ll need is some water and a soft surface (yoga mat, rug, grass – whatever works!).
